Manufacturing, financial information, professional services, content operations, edtech and a state-owned energy group. Client names stay confidential under NDA.

- Five people's work, done by one in a tenth of the time. Five people used to spend half of every day collecting, filtering and writing the daily brief. After delivery, one person does it in a tenth of a working day. Contract to sign-off took one month.

- Every finding cites its source, and experts still do the scoring. It runs in an offline, classified environment. Every conclusion links back to the original text so reviewers can check it. AI only organizes and finds evidence; the scoring always stays with the experts.

08 Echo Camp · Three days to turn industry experience into AI deployment skills
No lectures. For three days you work as a Forward Deployed Engineer in a lifelike simulated company: uncover the boss's real need, find the evidence, build a demo, then sell it to the boss.

- Day 1
- Listen & ask: get past the boss. Learn to interview, watch a mentor run a full client interview live, then drill in pairs, taking turns as consultant and boss. At night you enter the main storyline, The Great Cancellation: a gym chain where everyone has an agenda.
- Day 2
- Read & translate: get past the evidence. Use AI to read the company's business systems and check last night's claims against the data; where they don't match is the real need. Then build a clickable demo in three hours and sell it to the “boss” that evening.
- Day 3
- Prove & pitch: get past the close. Draw a brief from an unfamiliar industry and run the whole process solo in three hours. Then give an 8-minute pitch and take rapid-fire questions from the judges, scored against a rubric published on the spot.

09 FDE Role-Play · Two and a half hours to work out whose need is real
A consumer brand decides to adopt AI. Someone wants to make it happen, someone has to deliver it, someone stands to gain, and someone feels their seat is under threat. The outside consultant has two and a half hours to work out whose need is real. Every role has its own mission and clues, and nobody watches from the sidelines.

- Green light: The boss says yes to AI. The budget is signed; the full story isn't told. Interviews: Talk to everyone. Each has something to say, and something they'd rather not. Evidence: Hold every claim up to the facts. Where they don't match, there's a clue. Alignment: Every agenda goes on the table. Who gives ground, and who won't budge? Trade-offs: What goes first, what gets cut, and who puts their name to it. Real use: It only counts if people actually use what gets built. Debrief: Before everyone leaves, the host gives each player a short read on how they did.

- Q Where should a company start with AI?
- A Start with an assessment. We look at your operation on site and tell you where AI is worth it, what it will cost and how soon it pays back. Email hi@deltaecho.ai with your company, your industry and the problem you want to solve.
- Q Do I need to code to join the camp?
- A No. Three or more years of work, real industry experience and some time with an AI chat tool are enough. This cohort does not take complete beginners or pure software engineers.
- Q Where and when is the camp?
- A Cohort one opens in early November for three days, in person in Shanghai. Exact dates and venue are sent after you sign up. The sign-up pages and camp materials are in Chinese; email us with any questions.
- Q Can I get a refund?
- A Cancel more than 3 days before the camp starts for a full refund. Within 3 days of the start, we refund half of what you paid or move you to the next cohort for free. No refunds once the camp begins. If we cancel or postpone, you get a full refund.
- Q Do you guarantee a job or clients afterward?
- A No. What we offer is skills, a portfolio and a path in: graduates join our talent pool and get priority when real demand comes up, but we don't guarantee it or put a timeline on it.
